What is this going to cost me?

Depends. You may spend as little as a couple hundred dollars. On the other hand, you may spend over a thousand. It will depend on just what you want for your Sr. Portrait experience. Every senior has a different set of needs for Senior Portraits. Almost everyone wants variety - to some that means lots of different outfits, to some, different locations. To some it just means they don't want every pose to look like every other Sr. Portrait they've ever seen. Some want wall portraits, some want small gift portraits, some want both, and everyone wants wallets.

How much is a Senior Portrait?

LESS than this truck!

LESS than this piano!

LESS than this back-hoe!

Sometimes a Senior will call our studio and ask,"How much is a Senior Portrait?"or even... "How much is an 8x10?"

We can give you a ballpark figure of what our seniors spend on average... (about $400 - $600 for boys, about $400 - $800 for girls) but we can't really tell you an exact figure until we've talked with you a little, and got to know what you're looking for. Of course, you may not know exactly what you want until you see the amazing variety of poses you'll be getting.

The important thing to realize is that a portrait isn't a commodity. A commodity is something that is the same wherever you get it, like sugar or gasoline or notebook paper. You can buy the cheapest notebook paper in the store and you would never know the difference. The price of a portrait depends on where you get it and, quite frankly, how good it is. Portraits are not all the same!

Here's something to think about: How much is a CD? Well, a blank one is about a nickel. You can get a CD of Seals & Crofts Greatest Hits at the Dollar Store for... uh... a dollar, or you can get top hits at Sam Goody for $18.98. Or, you can get a CD with Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition for $36,000.

It's not the round plastic thing you're paying for, it only costs a nickel - you pay for what's on the disk.

(Just for the record, we've never had a portrait order for $36,000.)

(But, if you'd like to be the first, we're game!)

When do I pay?

We will ask you to pay for your session modules with a credit card when you call to reserve your session time. If you don't have a credit card, you will need to bring, or mail, a check to reserve your time. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 72 hours notice, and we will happily refund your deposit.

When you come back to place your order, you will need to pay for them at that time. If you have any other questions, give us a call.

OUR GUARANTEE

  • You must love the images. When you first view the images, if you don't like what you see, we'll make more; or you pay nothing.
  • You must love the finished portraits. If they aren't everything you had hoped for, you may have them remade to your liking, or again, you pay nothing.

That's it. No exceptions, no excuses.
